  • Trip Data: Destinations, itineraries, saved spots, and trip preferences you create within the app.
  • Imported Content: Social media links (TikTok, Instagram) you voluntarily submit for spot extraction.
  • Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about app usage to improve the service (via PostHog).
  • Device Information: Device type, OS version, and push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Triply service
  • To generate AI-powered trip itineraries
  • To process social media imports and extract location data
  • To send push notifications (only if you opt in)
  • To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns
  • To manage your subscription and account

3. Third-Party Services

Triply uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication (hosted in EU)
  • Google Gemini AI: Trip itinerary generation
  • Google Places API: Location data and photos
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management
  • PostHog: Anonymous analytics (EU-hosted)
  • Expo: Push notifications and app updates

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We use industry-standard security measures including Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is only accessible to you.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purpose of providing the Triply service.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of push notifications at any time
  • Revoke consent for AI-powered features

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

8. Account Deletion

You may request full account deletion at any time via the Profile settings. This will permanently remove all your personal data from our systems.
